Community Dining Manager

The Community Dining Manager at FeedNC leads Donoghue’s Open Door with a mission-first focus, ensuring every meal reflects FeedNC’s values of inclusion, dignity, and sustainability. This role requires an experienced culinary leader who can oversee high-volume kitchen operations (serving 200–500 meals per day), create creative menus using rescued and purchased food, manage and train a primarily volunteer team, and teach and mentor Culinary Workforce students alongside other culinary managers. The Community Dining Manager collaborates with the COO, Catering & Events Manager, Operations Director, and other leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining health and safety compliance.
