As the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a staff of twenty-five (25) including five (5) direct reports. You will be responsible for running an organization with four (4) business verticals which include Donoghue’s Open Door, a free community dining experience open to everyone and Grassroots Grocery, where families struggling financially may shop weekly.
Part-Time Community Dining Specialist
Do you love creating joyful spaces where people feel welcome, respected, and fed—body and soul? Donoghue’s Community Dining is looking for a warm, energetic, and organized Community Dining Specialist to lead the charge in our front-of-house operations. You’ll be the friendly face guests see each day, making sure every meal is served with dignity, hospitality, and a sense of community.
This is more than just setting tables—it’s about creating moments of connection over coffee, guiding volunteers with purpose, and helping guests feel seen and supported. Oh, and you’ll also be the go-to expert on our awesome Digital Membership Cards—because food and tech can go hand-in-hand!
Catering & Events Manager
Are you a creative culinary professional with a heart for service, a head for business, and a love for great food? FeedNC is launching a new social enterprise, and we’re looking for a mission-minded Catering & Events Manager to lead the charge!
